• Manila will have further complications to deal with such as major health risks and environmental hazards if it were to continue polluting.

• The effects in fifty years would be catastrophic if 1.3 million people die each year from urban air pollution worldwide.

• The megacity’s housing shortage could force people to live in slums and if the Government doesn’t come up with a strategy to solve the problem.
